Czerniewice

The MAT Meat Factory in Czerniewice is now one of Poland’s top producers of meat and meat products. 

Built from scratch, the Meat Factory production hall meets all EU legal requirements. Thanks to cutting-edge technology solutions, the hall ensures a high degree of efficiency and production capability. Currently, the hog slaughter rate is about 1,100 daily, while the cattle slaughter rate is 100 weekly. This means that we produce approximately 90 tons of meat daily, which is delivered directly to our customers with our own transportation network or further processed to be served as cold cuts. To improve our production capability we are planning and implementing new technological solutions, which are central to our development and constant improvement of the technological processes.    

 Our top priority is to provide the best quality that will satisfy our client’s requirements. Realizing how difficult it is to adhere to high standards of service, we have applied effective methods by implementing the TUV NORD POLSKA-certified Integrated Quality Management System, which includes HACCP and ISO 9001:2000. The relevant certificates confirm that we do our utmost to provide top products and continuously improve their quality. Of great importance are also environmental and phytosanitary requirements. By applying appropriate measures, we adhere to relevant norms and are proud to say that we fulfill them completely. 

 

The MAT Meat Factory in Czerniewice is a leading purchaser of hogs and cattle in the region. With our friendly bonus system, we always manage to negotiate favorable partnership terms with our suppliers. Thanks to a state-of-the-art IT system, which includes accurate electronic scales, computer terminals serviced by qualified staff and the UltraFom 300 ultrasound unit for measuring meat thickness, we can precisely weigh, inspect and mark the cattle and hogs. 

The MAT Meat Factory is known for its excellent cured meat products. They are processed in our own abattoir so the meat is always fresh. Coupled with our well-tried and tested production methods and modern technological solutions, the quality of meat to be processed is a guarantee that the end product meets high quality requirements. Currently, we make approx. 400 tons of meat products monthly. Their top quality has been recognized through a wide range of awards and accolades, including the Gold Medal at the Poznań International Fair and the Grand Prix at the Meat Fair.
